Mary Seacole by Os

Mary Seacole was born in 1805 in Jamaica. She was famous for many lives of British soldiers in the Crimean War. She ran a hotel called the British Hotel where British soldiers could stay when they were ill.
Mary Seacole died in 1881 in London. They hope to [put a memorial statue up of her in St Thomas’ Hospital.
